Funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, BUY-IN employs the proven, evidence-based Adolescent Community Reinforcement approach, which replaces activities supporting alcohol and drug use with positive behaviors that support recovery. ![]() Our Bronx Urban Youth Initiative (BUY-IN) is an innovative substance abuse treatment program for teens and young adults and their family members. Odyssey House works closely with NYC public service agencies, including the Administration for Children’s Services, to provide effective outpatient programs for their clients, who have demonstrated a consistently high rate of completion over the years.
